World Around Us.
This term our World Around Us topic is Space and the Solar System. We are using the ‘Belfast Telegraph Project Packs’ to help us learn about our Universe and Planet.
We look forward to finding out the answers to our questions, like, “are aliens real?”, “who was the first person in space?”.
Term 1b: Healthy Eating and the Human Body.
Primary 7M are very fortunate to be working with a trainee doctor. Jenny from Medics in the Primary Schools visits us each Monday and talks us through the Human Body. So far we have learnt about our bones. Did you know that babies have more bones that adults? Also, the smallest bone in the body is in the ear?
We look forward to learning about the heart, the lungs, the brain and the digestive system.
I think we may even have some budding doctors and nurses in P7M.
