Our trip to Stormont.

P6M had a fantastic tour of Stormont Buildings. We got a chance to hold a debate to see if homework should be banned. They put forward excellent arguments against homework. Unfortunately, as our MLA’s aren’t in government at the minute, the motion to ban homework couldn’t be passed, so it looks like homework will continue in P6M for a while.

P6M really enjoyed researching the capital cities of the major countries of the world {not just Europe}. We worked in pairs using our ChromeBooks. We also located the countries on a map.  Some of us, were so smart, we coloured the countries in the colours of their flags. 😇😀
