Doubling Up in P2...
We are continuing to practice our adding and subtracting but this time, we have been using money. We are ready to count our money and go shopping so we can work out how much change we need back!
We have been doing lots of practical and written work to help us with adding and subtracting 10. An easy way to do this using a number square is by jumping up or down rows! Also, we have talked about how the digit in our Tens column changes but the digit in our Units column stays the same. We'll keep practicing this!
We have be having fun counting up in our 2's, 5's and 10's practicing through songs and dances, using practical objects and being able to fill in missing gaps.
